To: Our Residents, Guests, Persons-Served and Family Members
We know many of you may be concerned about the spread of COVID-19 and how it may impact us here at our campuses. Ensuring our persons served are cared for in a safe and healthy environment is our greatest concern. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have recommended a variety of steps that we have implemented to help reduce the potential for the virus to enter our building. However, we need your help in battling COVID-19. Below are some examples of how you can help protect the residents, as well as prevent the spread throughout the community.
Family is one of our Crestwood values and we understand that connecting with family members is incredibly important. All visitors to Crestwood campuses are encouraged to mask while in the campus. We ask if you have any symptoms to please refrain from visiting to support the health and wellness of all our clients and staff.
In the event you are not able to visit in person, we have a variety of other ways visitors might consider connecting with their loved ones. These include telephone, email, text, or through Skype or Facebook. We will do what we can to support these alternative ways to communicate.
Our campuses are following the recommendations of the CDC and CDPH guidance on prevention steps, which may include wearing face shields, procedural and N95 masks, following strict handwashing procedures, social distancing and disinfecting surfaces often. We are staying up to date with the CDC recommendations as they are updated. In addition, our Home Office and campuses are in close contact with the local and state health departments and are following their guidance.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact our Campus Administrators or Anthony Garcia at our Home Office (916) 201-7332.

Thank you for your understanding and help during this time.
